Telehealth counseling is therapy offered online through a HIPAA-compliant video call to protect your privacy. Links are provided prior to your session and sent through your secure portal, meaning you and only you have access to it!
Telehealth counseling makes therapy more accessible to those who may have trouble making in-person appointments due to commute, child care, or a busy schedule. All you need is a private space, internet connection, and a smart device or computer to join.
I currently offer online counseling services for all Texas residents ages 9+.

If you use insurance benefits to pay for counseling services, your copay may vary depending on your coverage. You can verify your coverage by visiting this link or sending a copy of your insurance card to counseling@txmarigold.com.
Please reach out with questions about fees. I'm happy to work with you to make therapy affordable.

Yes! I am currently in-network with:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Oscar
Quest Behavioral Health

I am not in-network with Tricare and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. Self-pay is an option for those without insurance or those who choose to not use their insurance benefits.
We will verify your benefits prior to the first appointment so that you can make an informed decision about what works best for your needs at this time. I partner with Headway for insurance billing. Prospective clients can verify their benefits at this link or send a copy of their insurance card to counseling@txmarigold.com.
A note for individuals wishing to use their insurance benefits: It is important to know that some insurance companies may limit the number of sessions and/or the type of therapy that can be offered to an individual. In addition, therapists are required to provide the insurance company with a mental health diagnosis, which will become a part of your permanent health care record. Please don't hesitate to reach out with questions. I am here to help!

I offer a free 15-minute consultation before booking the first appointment. In the consultation, we will discuss your goals and expectations for counseling and my approaches to counseling, as well as my fees and insurance options. If we decide we are a good fit after the consultation, we will schedule our first appointment together.
To schedule your free 15-minute consultation, visit this link and select “Request Appointment.”
